Description
ROX Reference Dye is used in the Real Time PCR amplicator of ABI, Stratagene and other companies to correct for the interhole error caused by the addition. The product concentration is 25 µ M.

Condition of storage
-25~ -15℃ divide up and save from light to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Effective period 2 years. Short-term use can be used for 4℃.
Usage
1. 50× ROX Reference Dye (High Rox)
Quantitative system: add 1 L µ 50 ROX Reference Dye to the 50 µL qPCR system.
2. 50× ROX Reference Dye II (Low Rox)
1）50 ROX Reference Dye II configuration Method: 10 times diluted in 50 ROX Reference Dye *.
ROX dilution: 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.4), 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.01% Tween 20.
2） Quantitative system: add 1 µ L 50 ROX Reference Dye II * * in 50 µL qPCR system.
* It can be diluted and added according to the system size; * * For the porous system preparation, it is recommended to prepare the premixed solution and mix it thoroughly before use.
